The quantity of OEM products you order, as well as the extent of customization, will determine if there are any additional fees. Typically, no customization fee is charged if your order meets MOQ.

We will reprepare the artwork and send it to you for final approval.

Once the final artwork is confirmed, we will proceed with the OEM process, ensuring every step is optimized and completed to your satisfaction.

Please provides the concept and detailed requirements for your desired ODM product. It should include specifications related to functionality, appearance, finish, materials, and app UI interface(if needed).

Based on your needs, our engineering team will create a detailed design for the product. If custom molds are required, we will evaluate and discuss additional mold fees. Throughout this stage, close collaboration will be maintained between you, our engineers, and your sales to minimize unnecessary costs.

Once the design is ready, we will present it to you. Please assess whether the design meets your expectations and determine the feasibility of customization costs.

We will deliver the sample to you for final approval. Along with the sample, a detailed quote for bulk production will be provided. If you are satisfied with the sample and the quotation, we will move forward with the production process. If adjustments are required, we will promptly provide additional solutions or reevaluate the pricing to ensure flexibility. Our goal is to refine the sample and quotation until your satisfaction is fully achieved.

Upon design and customization approval, we will proceed with creating a sample. For products requiring molds, we will first provide a 3D-printed prototype for your review. If complex electronic components are involved, our engineers will manually craft a functional prototype.

After you confirm sample and approve the quote, an official contract will be finalized. When your deposits is fulfilled production will be proceed according to our agreed terms and timeline.
