• Send the PO or the order details to your sales rep. (Click here to leave us a message if you don’t have a sales rep.)

• Confirm quantity, price, lead time, shipping method & charges.

• Send the down payment to the bank account on the invoice provided by your sales rep., we will start production as soon as the receipt of the payment.

• You will be informed 2 days before the order is ready, send the balance payment to the same bank account.

• We will contact shipping company to arrange a pick-up date after the receipt of the balance.

• We will provide tracking info after the order shipped out.

Lead Time = Production + Shipping

Production Time varies based on quantity and order date. Basically, LED bulbs will take 7-15 days, fixtures and transformers 30-45 days.

Express: 3-5 days

Air: 7-15 days

Ocean: 25-30 days

Contact your sales rep., provide as more details (items, quantity, order date, pictures) as you can, we will verify the information in 48 hours, and get back to you ASAP, if products are in the warranty period, we will ship the replacements to you with your next order.
